제목 Poor packaging quality of frozen items

I ordered three different kinds of meat and the packaging was very poor. Ice packs were attached with only one meat item. The other two were soaking wet due to thawing. The dry items were also packed along with and they were wet too. I got extremely disappointed by this. SHEJANG services used to be very good. Now their packaging quality is declining.
