The cling wrap did not cover the side entirely and exposed the meat to air during delivery. Suggest using more cling wrap next time. The mutton pieces look rather substantial. Will comment on the freshness after I have cooked it.

Edit: Made rendang with this and it was delicious! The mutton smell was not very strong and also the the cut of the meat did not come with a lot of fat. Highly recommend!
