On April 17th I placed an order for express shipping with the goal of receive it on Monday during the dawn or in the early morning as we had a big VIP service that afternoon. The order do not arrived as expected so my partner had to leave at 8 for arrive to the market at 10 and buy it herself for then rush with our production.
I wrote your customer service for cancel de order as all the website is only in Korean.
My order has not been cancelled and even worst... about one week later it has been marked as shipped.
I have been contacting you during the last 2 months for get my reimbursment and it does not arrive. So... will you just steal my money like that?
