제목 Dawn delivery failed promises.

This is my second time to order food with dawn delivery service. Each time I recieve my food around 3-4 PM is that dawn delivery means sir?? Please look in to the matter I am highly disappointed with this.

I paid for the dawn delivery, I have assured that I make up to the conditions for dawn delivery and I did that but the food I get is around 3-4 PM. I will think next time whether to utilize shejang or not.
